Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY 

Arty Farty™ will accept returns for products provided that:

• Goods are returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date (exclusions apply). After this period you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
• Your Arty Farty™ online Order Number or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item.
• The goods are in the original packaging, including any accessories and instruction manuals.
• The goods are in their original condition and not been used or damaged in any way.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note: Original courier charges are non-refundable. 

OTHER RETURNS:
Arty Farty™ will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or exchanged product where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and

Arty Farty™ may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

ARTY FARTY™ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

• Your original Hobby Land online invoice is the best form of proof of purchase
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or refundable

AFTERPAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: we will process a refund, and you will need to re-purchase via our website.
