ShinHan Professional Acrylic Gel Medium 250ml
Gel Medium provides a translucent effect when mixed with acrylic colours. Being highly viscous the drying rate is much slower than other acrylic mediums. Its strong adhesiveness enables materials such as wood or paper to be applied to painting surfaces for collage. Like Gloss Medium, Gel Medium offers shine and can be applied thickly with a painting knife or brush, as with oil paintings. When using modelling paste blend it in a ratio of one part Gel Medium to two parts modelling paste to ensure an even texture that will be resistant to cracking.

ShinHan Professional Acrylic Gesso 250ml
Shinhan's Professional Acrylic Colour Gesso allows you to paint perfectly on not only canvas, but on uneven surfaces such as bricks, cement walls, wood, and hard boards as well. This acrylic gesso is used exclusively as a primer. To prevent deformation of the solid and smooth surface area it dries quickly after application. It can also be used as a primer for working with oil colour, gouache, or pencil so it has wide applications for use.

ShinHan Professional Acrylic Gloss Medium 250ml
Gloss Medium enhances the glossiness, or shine, of acrylic colours after drying. You can effectively boost brightness by applying just a small amount of medium or intentionally transform opaque colours into transparent colours by increasing the amount of medium. A transparent film will form when it is applied over the surface of an artwork coloured with acrylic colour and provide lasting protection for the artwork.

ShinHan Professional Oils
ShinHan oil colour mediums address various issues that may arise when working with oil paints. They can also be used to enhance original styles and creative techniques. By intentionally controlling the density and flow of oil paints you can create more unique paintings. These oil colour mediums also help prevent cracks and protect the surface of works so that they can be preserved in their original forms for a long period. Linseed Oil is a drying oil. It forms a strong film on the surface of the paint and strengthens adhesion to minimize cracking. It is not recommended to use with white or light colours because it can cause yellowing as it speeds up the drying process. The best results can be obtained when it is mixed with oil paints in a 1:1 ratio. Poppy Oil is a drying oil extracted from 100% poppy seeds. Unlike linseed oil it can be used with white or light colours with minimal yellowing. Instead of strengthening adhesion or speeding up the drying process it effectively maintains the glossiness that is unique to oil paints. Sunflower Oil is a drying oil extracted from carefully selected sunflower seeds. It strengthens adhesion and helps maintain gloss. Depending on the technique that you intend to use mix it with the oil paint in a 1:1 ratio to minimize yellowing. Stand Oil is a very heavy-bodied oil. It wets pigments well, producing paint with good flowing qualities, levels easily, and reduces brush marks. A more durable type of Linseed Oil, Stand Oil is partially polymerized by being heated in the absence of oxygen, thereby producing a longer drying time. It is, therefore, a good glazing medium. It also increases gloss and transparency.
